Who's who at Dartmouth Swimming Club
Get to know our professional and caring staff and volunteers.
We can't run the club without you - members, parents, and carers will be asked to volunteer throughout the year.

Head Coach, Mat Cusack
Swim England Senior Head Coach Mat has been passionately involved in competitive swimming for over 18 years. He is also a Level 2 Open Water Coach, Level 2 Swim Teacher and lifeguard.
Mat feels strongly that everyone has the opportunity to access swimming and be coached to a high standard.

Coach, Andy Mason
Swim England Level 1 Coach Andy has been a swimmer most of his life and competed at a regional level. He now swims in our Master's session, coaches
on a Wednesday and at some of our
open meets.

Tom Cusack
Tom has been swimming many years and is now a lifeguard and training to be a swim teacher. Tom helps coach the Juniors and Rookies.

Team Captain, Jesse Geen
Jesse has been a competitive swimmer since age 7 and now helps to coach the Juniors on a Friday and is a brilliant Team Captain looking after all our Juniors especially at galas, He is also a Swim England Young Volunteer and has chosen coaching for his DofE volunteering section.

Robin Tompson
Robin has been competitively swimming for a few years now and is a shining example of how to progress and improve by hard work, lots of training and dedication. Robin is a great Team Captain, an inspiration to our young Juniors.

Chairperson, Caroline Tompson
Caroline is our Chairperson and is dedicated to fostering growth and community engagement.

Membership Secretary, Sam Geen
Sam keeps this club running - she keeps spare swim hats, t-shirts and goggles in her car boot. She is normally available in the viewing gallery at most sessions and poolside at most galas.

Emma keeps our club finances (and Coach Mat!) in order.

Excessively organised and poolside for almost every gala, Hallie manages our meet schedule and entries.
