SQUADS

There are 3 Junior Squads:-

Bronze Squad

Silver Squad

Gold Squad

New members will automatically go into Bronze where we focus on foundational skills and technique preparing them for Silver where they build endurance, refine strokes and compete at local levels. Silver Squad swimmers are expected to swim more than one session a week. They are also expected to purchase fins, hand paddles, kick boards and snorkels. To progress to Gold Squad, swimmers must exhibit advanced technical proficiency and meet time standards and show readiness for more intensive training and higher-level competitions.

Prices at bottom of this page.

Each Term our Friday Juniors will take part in a Timed 15 or 20 minute continuous swim to see how many metres they can swim in this time, results of which are on the noticeboard. We also hold a termly fun race night which the juniors thoroughly enjoy, with lots of jumping and fun at the end of the session to celebrate the end of term.

Every year we hold our Club Championships Gala and all juniors are expected to take part. We follow this with a fun awards/social night for the whole club.
